Alamares de crochet/ Crochet button and loop

Para estos alamares, originalmente usé crochetina, un cordón sedificado y un ganchillo 2/00 (doble cero: 2mm). Pero en este modelo del ejemplo preferí usar un precioso hilo peruano, del color del oro de los Incas (el maíz).
Originally, for these buttons and loops I used crochetina, a silky cord, and 2 mm crochet hook. But for this sample I chose a mercerized cotton (here we call it 'peruvian cotton'), in the color of Inca gold (corn)

Para el lado del botón:
Iniciar la labor con la anilla mágica (esa de la que hablan todos hoy día, incluso más que de la caída de la bolsa y del triunfo de Obama)

For the button side:
Start the work with a magic ring (the one that, nowadays, everybody talks about even more than the big stock market drop and Obama's victory)


Esto se hace enrollando en una vuelta el hilo, por el dedo índice y luego se extrae una lazada
Wind the yarn around your index finger, put the hook into the ring from front to back, yarn over and brong a loop to the front

Dentro de la anilla, se tejen 1 cad y 8 pb
1 ch and 8 sc inside the ring
Se estira el hilo del inicio para cerrar el centro
Pull the thread from the beginning to make the center smaller
Se comienza la siguiente vuelta sin cerrar (es decir, sin cerrar con pr al final)
Start next round without closing (that means, without making a sl st at the end)
Se teje una segunda vuelta, 1 pb sobre cada pb
On the second round, 1 sc on each sc from the previous round.
En una tercera vuelta, se tejen disminuciones. Esto es, dos pb juntos.
On the third round, work decreases through to the end (that is, 2 sc closed together)
Se teje 5 cad para la parte que va cosida a la prenda elegida, más 3 cad para un picot y girar
Chain 5, for the part that is sewn into the fabric, plus 3 ch to make a picot and turn
Se hace 3 picots y se vuelve hasta la parte del botón con 5 pb
Make 3 picots and on the last 5 ch make 5 sc
Se cierra todo con 1 pr en la parte de atrás del botón.
Close with 1 sl st on the back of the button
Se esconde el hilo.
Weave in the tail of yarn
Para la parte de la presilla:
Se tejen 15 cad
For the loop part:
15 ch
A partir de la décimoprimera cad desde la aguja, tejer 5 pb
From the 11th ch from the hook, crochet 5 sc

Hacer 3 picot y cerrar con 1 pr en la base del último pb. Esconder los dos hilos por detrás de los pb (no se verá nada, pues esto es lo que va cosido a la tela)
make 3 picots and finish with a sl st. Weave in the tails of yarn on the back of the sc (it won't show, because this part is sewn to the fabric)
