Iniciar una cadena de 9 puntos. A partir de la tercera cad. hacer en cada punto, 1 pr, 1 pb, 1 pam, 2 pa, 1 pam, 1 pr. Con esto se forma la hojita de un lado.



Start with a ch of 9 st. Starting on the 3rd ch from hook, work on each ch 1 sl st, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 2 dc, 1hdc, 1 sl st. So you got one of the leaves.

Sobre el borde superior de la botita, trabajar 1 pb sobre cada pa y sobre la cad de arriba, en el grupo de 3 cad de la vuelta anterior, a cada lado de los pa.

Mariquitas / Ladybugs

Iniciar el trabajo con una anilla ajustable, en hilo rojo. Dentro de la anilla, trabajar 3 cad y 8 pa en hilo rojo, iniciar un noveno pa con rojo y cerrarlo con negro (hacer la última lazada del punto en negro).

Start working with an adjustable ring (magic ring), using red yarn. Inside it, work 3 ch and 8 dc, start another dc with red, but switch to black yarn to make the last yo to close the dc.

Then continue with 3 dc in black.

Ajustar la anilla, tirando de la hebra del inicio. Cerrar el trabajo con un pr, para formar un círculo. Rematar y guardar el hilo. Se puede atar las hebras sobre el revés y cortar, ya que esta parte no se verá una vez cosida la mariquita a la botita.

  Adjust ring by pulling the thread and close the round with a sl st to form a circle. Fasten off and weave in ends. You can tie the remaining thread by the back of the work and cut, as the knot won't be seen once you attach the ladybug onto the booty.

 Con un poco de hilo perlé negro, bordar los puntitos de la mariquita, usando nudos franceses.

 With some black perlé cotton, stitch the dots, by using some French knots.




Con el mismo hilo, coser la mariquita al frente de la botita y agregar los detalles finales.

With the same thread, attach the ladybug to the front of the booty and add the final details.
